REGISTRATION is REQUIRED FOR COACHES, VOLUNTEERS and MALE PARENT/GUARDIANS OF TRAVEL LEVEL PLAYERS.
COACHES
This registration session will allow you to complete the online application for coaching SCHEELS 3v3 teams and/or during the regular season with Sartell Youth Hockey. Your application will be reviewed by our coaching coordinator to ensure all required training is completed BEFORE STEPPING ON THE ICE.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. The D5 Ethics Form and Concussion Form will be acknowledged electronically. You no longer need to print and sign forms. You will need to upload proof of completion of concussion training. Your electronic acknowledgement certifies you have read and understand the information, as well as completed any necessary training.
BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THIS REGISTRATION, have pre-registration steps outlined on the Coaches Corner page of the Sartell Hockey website completed. Also have your USA Hockey Confirmation Code and evidence of completed concussion training ready to include within registration.
OTHER VOLUNTEERS AND MALE PARENT/GUARDIANS
This registration session will allow you to complete the online application for various volunteer positions within the association (including board members, HOC, level coordinators, or managing a travel or mite team during the regular season) or for Male Parents/Guardians of travel level players to serve locker room monitor duties.
